1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
Information you provide directly
- Contact form / email / SMS: If you reach out, we receive your email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
- Newsletter signups: If you subscribe, we receive your email address.
- Discovery calls: If you book a call, we collect information you share during scheduling and the conversation itself (business name, services, etc.).
Information collected automatically
- Google Analytics 4: If you accept analytics cookies, we collect pseudonymous information about how you use this site — pages visited, time on page, device type, approximate geographic location (city level), and referral source. IP addresses are anonymized before storage. We do not collect names, emails, or other personal identifiers via analytics.
- Server logs: Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) may log IP addresses, user-agent strings, and request timestamps for security and abuse-prevention purposes. These logs are retained per Cloudflare's standard retention policies.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide services you request.
- To send the newsletter you signed up for (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To understand how visitors use our site and improve it.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. What we never do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not use behavioral retargeting or advertising pixels.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
5. Cookies
We use a single first-party cookie (a localStorage entry) to remember your cookie-consent choice. We use Google Analytics cookies only after you accept them via the consent banner. You can decline at any time. You can also clear cookies via your browser settings to be re-prompted.

- Google Fonts — Typeface delivery. May log your IP when fonts are loaded. Google Fonts privacy.
- Cloudflare Pages — Hosting and DDoS protection. Cloudflare's privacy policy.
7. Your rights (California residents — CCPA)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect about you.
- Delete personal information we have about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt-out of the sale or sharing of your information (we don't sell or share to begin with).
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
- Non-discrimination — we won't treat you differently if you exercise these rights.

8. Your rights (EU / UK residents — GDPR)
If you reside in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. The lawful bases we rely on are legitimate interest (for site analytics with consent), consent (for cookies and newsletter), and contract (for services we provide to you). 9. Data retention
- Contact form messages and email correspondence: retained as long as needed to provide services or as legally required.
- Newsletter subscriptions: retained until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default).
- Server logs: per hosting provider's retention policy (typically 30 days).
10. Security
We protect your information using:
- HTTPS encryption on all pages (enforced via HSTS).
- Content Security Policy and other modern browser security headers.
- DDoS protection and Web Application Firewall via Cloudflare.
- Anonymized analytics (IP addresses are stripped before processing).
- Minimal data collection — we only ask for what we need.
No system is 100% secure. If we ever experience a data breach involving your information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
11. Children's privacy
This site is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us so we can delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on our site or via email to newsletter subscribers.
